March Community Gathering: Using Your Nervous System to Heal Negative Thinking

We all have repetitive patterns of thought. I want to to share with you that there is a way out of the kind of thinking that gets you down, holds you back, induces shame, and a diminished sense of self that doesn’t allow you to engage in life the way you want. This isn’t a quick fix, but a doorway to freeing up your thinking so you can liberate yourself over time. I will explain the phenomena of repetitive thinking and show you specific exercises that will lead you out of it.
